Sophia Antipolis: Mobilegov raises 1.7 millions euros
Mobilegov announces the capital increase closure reserved for qualified investors that was launched in the first quarter.The Company has raised € 1,692,200 spread in two successive segments.The first € 544,704 segment has been subscribed by the founders, directors and some existing investors. The second segment of € 1,147,496 was mainly subscribed under the TEPA law well before the closure date and many investors could not be served.
