Mobilegov confirms its intellectual property rights

Sophia Antipolis, July 27th, 2010 - With the explosion of frauds and in particular of digital identity theft, many security products based on the recognition of the hardware equipment have recently appeared to help secure Internet transactions. These new authentication techniques called “fingerprinting” provide either strong authentication or visitors’ recognition.

In this context, Mobilegov France owns a number of intellectual property rights:

Firstly, the company owns the trademarks “ADN du Numérique” in France (n°3553104), and “The DIGITAL DNA Technology” in Europe (n°009237223) and in the USA (in progress).
More importantly, Mobilegov owns a patent application in Europe (n° EP1669833 - 12/1/2004 and n° 09368032.0 - 10/22/2009) and in the USA (n°US11/292,181 - 1/18/2006) to protect its Digital DNA technology.

The Sophia Antipolis Agglomeration Community secures it Extranet with the Digital DNA

Sophia Antipolis, July 6th, 2010 – the CASA (Sophia Antipolis Agglomeration Community) now secures the accesses of hundreds of councillors to its extranet with the Digital DNA technology.

The mayors of 19 municipalities, their deputies and alternates, totaling up to a hundred persons of the Agglomeration Community, were so far exchanging sensitive data with the illusory protection of a single password. A lack of discretion or a spyware would have been sufficient to divert the results of their work, as it occurred for two Deputies last March.
