Mobilegov secures the UK Identity Theft website
April 2009 – IT security software editor Mobilegov have supplied their hardware authentication mechanism Mobilegov Access Control® to the Identify Fraud Consumer Awareness Group (IFCAG). Mobilegov’s solution, based on its patented Digital DNA technology, has strengthened the data security of this high level working group.In its fight against fraud, IFCAG has established a working group focused on identity theft and fraud which brings together 17 government and semi-public organisations.
This working group is responsible for collecting information on fraud, informing and warning people and businesses, and studying and proposing measures to fight against such fraud. To achieve those goals, an information platform and collaborative work www.identitytheft.org.uk has been created.
